The “Soils to Go” Geographic Information System (GIS) is a compilation of publicly available spatial data (maps) and a methodology for interaction with those maps. The purpose of “Soils to Go” is to provide geographic landscape information for California counties in a user friendly GIS format delivered via the web for the general public use.
